Two line items, that's it. Our management fee is 15% of gross revenue, billed monthly. A one-time onboarding fee (estimated around $350) covers professional photos, smart-lock setup, listing build, and CompassKC permit filing. Pass-through expenses like cleaning and utilities are netted from gross before our fee — full breakdown reviewed on the consult.

We can install noise + smoke monitoring in any unit. Identity-verified guests only. Any violation triggers immediate intervention and a permanent ban.
